Description
The Safety & Responsibility Program Case Manager supports outpatient activities for Joseph J. Peters Institute, including tracking youth participants, coordinating referrals and intake appointments, completing documentation and chart audits, collecting and evaluating performance and court data, and assisting with program strategy, training, and administrative support. The role reports to the SRP Operations Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to clinical work and at least two years of experience in a related field.
