Description
Samaritan Behavioral Health Inc. is hiring a part-time Case Manager for its Miami County Office in Troy, working 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 24 hours per pay. The role coordinates and advocates for child and adolescent clients, collaborates with referral sources and community providers, completes clinical documentation, maintains CareLogic caseloads, and provides direct and CPST services across phone, office, home, agency, and community settings. The position requires a relevant two-year degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of mental health or drug and alcohol experience, knowledge of DSM-5 and local resources, and the ability to de-escalate crises and manage caseloads.
