CAMBA is hiring a full-time Housing Case Manager at its 27 Winthrop facility in Brooklyn, New York. The role conducts eligibility prescreening, intakes, assessments, service plans, case conferences, home visits, client documentation, and connects PLWHA clients to medical, mental health, substance use, legal, entitlement, and permanent housing services. The position requires a bachelor's degree or an associate degree, high school diploma, or GED with at least four years of case management or related social service experience, along with communication, Microsoft Office, and Spanish-bilingual skills. Compensation is $53,045 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
