Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor in Bronx, New York, to oversee case managers and a housing specialist within its Supportive Services for Veteran Families program. The role supervises staff, provides training and coaching, monitors caseloads and documentation, audits case files, coordinates agency and community resources, delivers direct case management and housing support, evaluates staff performance, and conducts veteran outreach. A bachelor's degree in human services plus three years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory experience is required, with an alternative based on 60 college credits and satisfactory supervisory experience.
