Insight Housing is hiring a Case Manager Supervisor for its federally funded SSVF program in San Francisco, California. The role leads and supports Case Managers serving homeless and very low-income Veterans and Veteran families, with responsibility for staff supervision, case file quality, compliance with SSVF regulations, review and approval of Temporary Financial Assistance requests, training and performance management, and preparation for audits and monitoring visits. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 4 years of case management or housing stabilization experience, 2 years in a supervisory or senior case management role, and proficiency with HMIS and related tracking systems.
