Description
The Case Manager Supervisor oversees the Intake Services and Case Management Team at a shelter, supervising direct-report staff, reviewing case files, coordinating client care plans and medical referrals, supporting housing and service outcomes, conducting supervision and training, and maintaining compliance with DHS and organizational requirements. The role requires an associate degree, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and at least five years of experience working with homeless or mixed-income populations, with expertise in substance abuse and mental health.
