Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for case managers and rehabilitation specialists on an assigned team. The role ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met, oversees assessments and individual service plans, and requires knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, DSM-V–TR codes, psychotropic medications, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services. Candidates need a related behavioral health degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of experience working with seriously mentally ill adults, current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and must be at least 21 years old.
