CAMBA is hiring a full-time Case Manager II at 1812 Vyse Avenue in the Bronx, New York. The role supports individuals and families needing social services by interviewing applicants, developing service plans, connecting clients with community resources, conducting independent-living workshops, monitoring progress, making home visits, and escorting clients to appointments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of applicable experience or equivalent experience, fingerprint clearance, and occasional shift coverage until 8 p.m. Compensation is $50.195 to $55,000, with health insurance, dental insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
