Description
Mitchell Martin Healthcare is hiring a Vocational Coordinator / Job Developer / Case Manager to support individuals with employment, education, training, and personal goals. The role combines job development, employer outreach, career coaching, resume and interview support, workshops, case management, resource coordination, and crisis intervention. It is a contract-to-hire position with standard daytime schedules, one late day per week, approximately one Saturday per month, and a hybrid day after one month based on program needs.
