ISS is hiring a full-time Case Manager – Workers Compensation & Injury Management in Macquarie Park, NSW. The role manages personal injury and workers compensation claims from early intervention through recovery and return to work, including injury management, entitlements, medical case conferences, claims reviews, reporting, compliance, and external provider monitoring. It also provides senior technical guidance and training to claims colleagues and supports the Regional Manager. Applicants need NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification, a current NSW driver licence, relevant workers compensation experience, knowledge of SIRA Standards of Practice, and strong organisational and communication skills.
