Description
The ICSR Manager supports a pharmacovigilance project team by managing assigned ICSR staff, maintaining project KPIs, proposing process improvements, handling ICSR deviations, reviewing trackers and timesheets, participating in ICSR processing and second-quality control, supporting other departments, and serving as a subject-matter expert. The role may also act as a local contact person for pharmacovigilance and a person responsible for local screening. Candidates need a life-science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related qualification or experience, 5–6 years of pharmacovigilance experience including at least 3 years in a line-manager role, strong communication and organizational skills, English fluency, and advanced Microsoft Office literacy.
