Description

CoreCivic is looking for a Case Processing Specialist to provide administrative support for immigration cases processed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This includes managing immigration records, preparing documents, entering data into ICE systems, coordinating with various government agencies, assisting with legal proceedings, and facilitating detainee transfers. The specialist will ensure compliance with federal privacy laws and data security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to maintain and update case files while adhering to federal privacy laws, data security requirements, and partner policies.

Proficiency in retrieving, compiling, and organizing diverse governmental records for ICE purposes.
Supportive role in assisting legal representatives with obtaining necessary documentation for court appearances.
Ensures accurate and complete documentation management across all case files.
Offers logistical and administrative assistance to reduce officer workload.
Coordinates with ICE Officers to manage hearing schedules and adjudication processes, ensuring proper documentation submission.
Responsible for reviewing paperwork for various application submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Coordinates with ICE officers to streamline interviews, hearings, removals, and case progress tracking.
Keeps detailed and current records of case statuses, court schedules, and tracking logs.
Capable of generating comprehensive case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
Monitors compliance with release conditions and promptly reports any violations to the designated ICE liaison.
Manages removal document organization and facilitates scheduling and flight staging with ICE personnel.
Ensures timely completion and readiness of all documents and inventory for departures.
Finalizes case closure in ICE data systems and ensures proper file transfer for archival.
Adheres to established policies and procedures for maintaining order and providing security, care, and direct supervision of detainees.
Conducts regular visual observations and performs welfare checks.
