Description

CoreCivic is looking for a Case Processing Specialist who will provide case processing and administrative support to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)'s mission. This role involves managing immigration cases, preparing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with various agencies to ensure compliance with federal laws and policies.

Preferred Qualifications: Ensures compliance with federal privacy laws, federal data security requirements, and partner policies.
Coordinates with ICE to resolve data quality and integrity issues.
Organizes and retrieves court records, conviction documents, and supporting materials from various databases and government sources.
Supports ICE legal representatives in acquiring criminal history checks and other required documentation for court proceedings.
Manages and ensures accuracy and completeness of all case documentation.
Offers logistical and administrative assistance to reduce administrative workload for law enforcement officers.
Reviews administrative applications, updates A-files, notifies docket officers, and facilitates law enforcement actions.
Coordinates with EOIR and USCIS regarding docket matters.
Coordinates with ICE Officers to manage hearing schedules and adjudication processes, ensuring complete documentation submission.
Reviews paperwork for application submissions like Stay of Deportation/Removal, OSUP, OR reporting, and Bond applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Coordinates with ICE officers to arrange interviews, hearings, removals, and case updates.
Keeps track of current case statuses, court schedule details, and case tracking logs.
Creates case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
Monitors compliance with release conditions and reports violations to designated ICE liaisons.
Organizes and prepares removal documents, and coordinates with ICE personnel for flight scheduling and staging.
Confirms all documents are finalized and inventory is ready for timely departure.
Closes cases in ICE data systems and transfers files for archival.
Carries out routine duties according to established policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure detainee security, care, and direct supervision.
Conducts visual observations and performs regular welfare checks.
