Description
The FOIA and Privacy Act Case Processor reviews and prepares complex Track 2 United States Citizenship and Immigration Services records for government approval and release. The role validates requests, confirms requester and subject information, reviews responsive electronic records, applies redactions and exemptions, protects sensitive information, prepares case documentation and final action letters, submits work for quality control, and corrects rejected cases. The position requires an associate degree or at least two years of college, legal-support, records-management, administrative-adjudication, claims, benefits, compliance, or comparable experience, plus at least two years of relevant record-review or high-volume casework experience. It also requires United States citizenship, USCIS suitability and Entry on Duty requirements, English proficiency, and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
