Description

UnitingCare is seeking an experienced Case Resolution Lead to manage complex employee relations issues, guide a team of Case Advisors, and ensure fair resolutions aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements. This role involves overseeing investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, while also focusing on training, documentation, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters within a large or complex environment.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, enterprise agreements and workplace policies.
Demonstrated experience applying procedural fairness and natural justice principles.
Experience preparing documentation for external proceedings and supporting conciliation processes.
Proven ability to deliver practical, commercially balanced and risk‑aware advice.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability.
Experience coaching and supporting others in ER case management and documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience within health, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
