Ascentria Care Alliance is hiring an in-person Child and Family Services Case Worker in Worcester, Massachusetts, to provide clinical case management for children and families in the Young Parent Program. The role includes outreach, intensive case management, direct services, assessments, service and treatment plans, progress notes, court reports, and advocacy for children’s needs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, 1–3 years of experience working with children and families, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual Spanish and English ability and experience with children who have social, emotional, or physical challenges are preferred.
