Cencora is hiring a full-time Caseworker to support patient and provider services and pharmaceutical commercialization in Canada through Innomar Strategies. The role manages assigned projects and cases, provides telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, administers case-management protocols, monitors therapy access and adverse events, conducts pharmaceutical market research, documents activities, and supports training and process improvement. Candidates need broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science, or a similar field, at least one year of customer-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and automated warehouse systems. The salary range is CAD 41,800 to CAD 64,350.
