Mission Australia is seeking a Case Worker to join their Casework Support Program in Grafton, NSW. This role involves supporting young people aged 12-18 in the Youth Justice System to help them integrate into their communities and address issues contributing to offending behavior. The worker will provide one-on-one case work support over 12 weeks, potentially extending, assisting with various aspects like identifying documentation, educational programs, driving licenses, transportation, and participation in positive activities.
