Depaul is hiring a Social Care Manager/Supervisor in Cork, Ireland, for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to permanency. The role provides holistic, harm-minimising support to residents and service users, including practical care, needs assessment, keyworking, advocacy, referrals, liaison with external agencies, health-care support, risk assessment, quality assurance, and supervision of volunteers and team members. The position requires two years of paid social-care experience, preferably in a residential setting, a Social Studies or Case Management accredited qualification, knowledge of intimate-partner-violence support and homeless services, and proficiency with IT and risk-assessment systems. The salary is €39,872.09 per annum, with full-time 35-hour work across seven days.
