Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Crathern Casemaker Operator to set up, adjust, and operate a Crathern Casemaker, lead or mentor a Material Handler, inspect equipment, adjust animal-glue viscosity, and monitor quality, output, and productivity for hardcover-book cases. The role requires machinery troubleshooting, measurement and data-entry skills, knowledge of paper and bindery requirements, and the ability to use standard and specialized tools. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with two Harrisonburg, Virginia work locations and a starting rate of $23.30.
