Description
Cal Farley's is seeking a Casework Supervisor to lead and oversee clinical casework services for youth residing at Boys Ranch. The role supervises and develops casework staff, coordinates assessments, treatment referrals, service planning, documentation, family engagement, counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy, and collaborates with families, internal teams, and community resources. The supervisor also serves as a clinical resource, provides on-call support, and coordinates treatment recommendations including diagnostic assessments, behavioral interventions, and psychotropic medication when needed.
