Cencora is hiring a full-time Caseworker to manage pharmaceutical and biotechnology patient programs and cases. The role provides telephone support, administers case-management protocols, monitors compliance and adverse events, follows up with patients and healthcare professionals, documents activities, and supports training and program improvement. Candidates need broad training in a relevant field, at least one year of customer-service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; French-English bilingual ability and pharmaceutical experience are assets.
