Cencora is hiring a full-time Caseworker to manage pharmaceutical and biotechnology patient programs, including telephone support, funding and access issues, compliance, clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, adverse-event reporting, and liaison with healthcare providers. The role also involves market research, database documentation, training new caseworkers, and providing feedback on processes. Candidates need broad training in a relevant field, at least one year of customer-service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and automated warehouse systems; bilingual French and English ability is an asset. The salary range is $42,200 to $65,010 CAD.
