Cencora is hiring a full-time Caseworker to manage assigned pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects and cases, provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, administer case-management protocols, monitor therapy disruptions and adverse events, conduct market research, and maintain program databases. The role requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a similar field, at least one year of customer-service experience, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office; bilingual French and English ability and medical or pharmaceutical experience are assets. The position offers a salary range of CAD 43,800 to 68,640 and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
