Description
Connective is hiring multiple casual caseworkers to provide casework and clinical support to psychiatric and mental-health residents in a residential program. The role includes developing and implementing care plans, building therapeutic relationships, supporting crisis interventions, coordinating with health and community services, maintaining records, supervising residents and volunteers, and assisting with facility operations. Candidates must have a degree or diploma, one year of related mental-health experience, crisis-response ability, residential-setting experience, and the ability to work all shifts seven days per week. The position requires a criminal records check, an Emergency First Aid Certificate, a valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license, and personal transportation for residents.
