Description
The CBPIR Home-Based Case Manager provides intensive home-based services to families to reduce child abuse and neglect through the Community Based Prevention, Intervention and Reunification Program. Responsibilities include trauma-informed assessments, family service plans, parenting programs, referrals, risk and protective-factor monitoring, home visits, crisis intervention, client advocacy, care planning, documentation, and follow-up. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an education waiver with extensive experience, two years of relevant experience, CYFD clearance, a valid New Mexico driver's license, and a personal vehicle; clinical supervision is provided by the Director of Community Services.
