Description
The Corrections and Community Services Specialist reviews client referrals, conducts risk and criminogenic-needs assessments, enters ORAS results, develops individual program plans, supports clients during placement, prepares release plans and required forms, and closes client files. The role requires an associate’s degree in a relevant field, ORAS proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, reliable transportation, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. It pays $19.00 per hour for associate-degree holders and $20.00 per hour for bachelor’s-degree holders, with a stated pay range of $19.00 to $30.10 based on education and experience, and follows a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule with rotating Saturdays.
