Description
The Caseworker provides ongoing case management and advocacy for youth in residential group care, maintains regulatory social work and childcare contacts, supports family and interdisciplinary service planning, coordinates discharge and placement, completes required reports, and advocates for educational, vocational, and supportive services. The role requires experience working with youth in the juvenile justice system, a valid New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut driver’s license, and fluent Spanish; a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is preferred.
