The Store Associate supports Michaels customers in Albany-Clifton Park, New York by helping shoppers locate products, providing friendly checkout and cash-handling service, promoting rewards and credit-card programs, assisting with omnichannel processes, and completing truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, merchandise recovery, and store-in-stock optimization. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, and accessing high shelves, with work that may include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Retail or customer-service experience is preferred, and the position offers a base pay range of $16.00 to $18.80 plus possible overtime.
