The role involves accurately taking and delivering orders, navigating food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus, recommending pairings, using Toast POS, presenting food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining room, assisting with opening and closing, communicating guest feedback, and following safety and alcohol-service standards. The position requires upscale or fine-dining service experience, strong hospitality knowledge, multitasking ability, collaboration, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay starting at $8 per hour plus tips.
