The First-Contact Advisor will receive and guide patients in the reception area, provide information and quotes for requested tests, collect payment, handle cash, and deliver friendly, prompt, and efficient service. The role requires a completed high school education, proof of education, cash-handling and customer-service experience, a dynamic and proactive attitude, and schedule availability.
