Enova is hiring a fully remote Collections Representative to contact customers with overdue loan accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve complex payment issues, and record interactions in the company database. The role requires at least one year of high-volume debt collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, conflict-resolution ability, and self-management for remote work. Candidates must live in Illinois, Utah, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming and be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. The budgeted hourly rate is $18.00, with possible bonus compensation and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
