Description
Eaton is hiring a Casing/Crating Transformer Assembler for its Nacogdoches, Texas facility. The role performs final assembly of electricity transformers across multiple work centers, including tank-up, casing, small parts, vacuum chamber, cover banding, palletizing, and final assembly. Responsibilities include installing components, anchoring core and coil assemblies, performing temperature, leak, and fluid checks, operating vacuum systems and overhead cranes, troubleshooting nonconforming products, and maintaining production and quality standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with overtime potentially mandatory, and pays $19.00 per hour plus a $1.35 shift differential. Candidates must be within 50 miles of the facility, and Eaton does not offer relocation benefits or immigration sponsorship.
