Description
The Casino Development Manager will develop and grow Fedway’s wine and spirits business across casino restaurants, bars, lounges, entertainment venues, and other food and beverage outlets. The role serves as a liaison between casino teams, venue operators, suppliers, and internal business units; develops beverage programs, identifies placement and sales opportunities, promotes the portfolio, analyzes performance, and provides product training and events. The position also manages a select group of high-profile on-premise accounts in South Jersey, reports to the Director of Casinos, and requires industry licensing, a valid driver’s license, and auto-liability insurance. Compensation starts at $60,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity, company car eligibility, and medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and life insurance benefits.
