Midnite is hiring a Casino Manager – Canada to lead the launch, growth, and long-term performance of its casino operations in Ontario and other regulated Canadian provinces. The role owns commercial performance, player engagement, localisation, KPI-driven optimisation, game-provider and partner relationships, promotional and loyalty strategies, and compliance with Canadian gaming regulations. Candidates should have iGaming or online casino experience, knowledge of Ontario and AGCO/iGaming Ontario environments, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to balance strategy with operational ownership.
