Description
IPG is hiring a Cast Line Assistant to safely start and operate cast-line equipment, assist with changeovers, inspect and measure finished products, adjust controls, maintain equipment, record quality and production metrics, and mentor assistants and helpers. The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, intermediate math and English communication skills, computer and paperwork experience, and the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours, work in a space-limited area, and lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
