Arconic is hiring a Caster for its mill products facility in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. The role involves preparing and monitoring the casting of liquid aluminum, handling the solidification process, removing finished ingots weighing 1.5–12 tons, and maintaining casting tools and the furnace. The work is physically demanding, performed in a hot industrial environment, and follows an 8-hour continuous 6+2 shift schedule. Applicants must have at least an 8th-grade education, be confident working in an industrial environment, and may benefit from a crane operator's license (4361).
