Description
The Caster will work full-time in a three-shift schedule in Krefeld, operating melting furnaces, casting slabs of different alloys, using a spectrometer, producing molds, maintaining quality standards, performing minor maintenance and repairs, and recording process parameters. The role requires vocational training in casting or foundry metalworking, professional casting experience, reliability, quality awareness, teamwork, and good German knowledge. It is a temporary position with an option for permanent hire, pays €19.70 per hour, and includes performance-based pay, onboarding, vacation and Christmas pay, workwear, medical examinations, and employee discounts.
