Description
The Cold Side Casthouse Supervisor will oversee shift operations in the Cold Side department of a casthouse, coordinate metal flow with the Hot Side, and supervise manufacturing personnel. The role includes maintaining safety and quality standards, directing PPE use, hiring and training staff, evaluating performance, resolving conflicts, and monitoring production schedules and product quality. The position is on-site, requires medical certification for respirator use and the ability to perform physically demanding work, and requires manufacturing-process knowledge, communication, computer proficiency, scheduling or logistics experience, and leadership and problem-solving skills.
