The role involves building a talent database, managing outreach and self-tapes, organizing casting calls, preparing casting decks, and ensuring paperwork and contracts are ready before shoots. Candidates should have 1–3 years of casting, talent management, or production experience, strong social-media sourcing skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work quickly and persistently.
