Chromalloy is hiring a Casting Chemical Process Operator to operate Equiax, Directionally Solidified, and Single Crystal vacuum furnaces for aerospace investment casting. The role includes loading materials, starting and checking furnaces, monitoring casting cycles, adjusting processes, completing production records, troubleshooting issues, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. The position is on the 3rd shift from Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with an hourly shift differential, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, mechanical aptitude, basic math, computer proficiency, forklift operation, and attention to detail.
