The role operates and adjusts aluminum casting machinery, monitors molten aluminum conditions, performs quality checks and routine equipment maintenance, documents production data, and collaborates on process improvements. The position follows a 6:30 PM–6:30 AM three-days-on/three-days-off schedule, pays $23.50 per hour with potential for additional earnings, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, safety knowledge, technical-drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting ability.
