Description
The Casting Operator will cast and coat rollers in polyurethane, set up machines according to work orders, adjust machine parameters using formulas and methods, and may also perform warehouse, sandblasting, autoclave, unloading, and loading duties. The role requires initial operator experience, technical or mechanical knowledge, precision, logical reasoning, and fluent Dutch and French; physical work is expected. It is an interim position with possible permanent employment after a positive interim period, with day-shift or alternative shift options.
