TIMEPARTNER is hiring a Casting Plant Assistant / Line Operator to set up and operate continuous casting lines and melting furnaces, monitor production and quality and safety requirements, load furnaces, inspect workpieces, and support internal transport with a crane and forklift. The role requires a technical qualification and initial experience in production, foundry work, or metal processing, willingness to work a three-shift system, and reliable, structured, quality-oriented work. The position offers €23.00 to €27.00 per hour depending on experience, along with parking, digital onboarding, bonuses, and personal support.
