Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a casual Passenger Vehicle Driver to transport vulnerable children and students with special educational needs between home and their destinations for external visits and other journeys. The role requires a D1 driving licence, basic vehicle-maintenance knowledge, and the ability to use restraint equipment; mandatory training is provided. Work is term-time only, on an as-needed basis with no fixed hours, and may require availability within six hours' notice. The salary is £15.11–£15.60 per hour inclusive of the 12.07% enhancement in lieu of annual leave entitlement for casual workers.
