Description
Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Shift Leader to train, lead, and coach crew; deliver customer-focused service; maintain food safety, cash handling, cleaning, and stock control; communicate with the restaurant team; manage labour and COGS; and oversee deliveries. The role is available on a casual basis for late-night and overnight shifts, with leadership or supervisory experience, customer service, and food safety and alcohol-service training or willingness to complete them preferred.
