J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Casualty Claims Examiner I in Lowell, Arkansas. Under general supervision, the role investigates and resolves moderately complex casualty claims involving property damage and bodily injury, determines liability exposure, analyzes laws and evidence, establishes reserves, negotiates settlements, documents claim findings, manages claimant communications, supports subrogation and reimbursement efforts, and ensures compliance with company procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience in auto/general liability claims, insurance, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree and relevant claims experience are preferred. The role is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
