Description
Davies is recruiting an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster for its Casualty team. The role involves liaising with insurers, policyholders, and brokers; investigating claims in the field or from the desk; preparing evidence and preliminary reports; assessing indemnity, legal liability, quantum, and tactics; determining resolution actions; defending or negotiating settlements; maintaining reserves; and keeping up with technical changes. The position is home-based and covers caseloads in the North East of England, with travel in that area required. Industry experience is beneficial but not essential because full training and support are provided.
