Description
Davies is recruiting an experienced Loss Adjuster for its Casualty team. The role is field-based and covers caseloads in the South East, particularly the M1 corridor, Milton Keynes, M25, and Watford, with travel in the area required. Responsibilities include investigating claims, liaising with insurers, policyholders and brokers, preparing reports, determining liability and quantum, negotiating settlements, maintaining reserves, and progressing cases to conclusion. The role requires previous loss adjusting and casualty claims experience, knowledge of insurance and legal principles, strong communication and organisational skills, IT proficiency, and a full driver's licence. Flexible working, hybrid or work-from-home options, and a company car or car allowance are offered.
