Casualty Litigated Claims Handler at Davies

The Claims Handler will manage a caseload of EL/PL delegated-authority fixed-fee cases, including pre-action disclosure, infant approval hearings, and other delegated-authority files, in collaboration with a Technical Support Lawyer. The role involves reviewing evidence, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, negotiating and drafting orders, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with SRA standards. It is based primarily at the Parklands Bolton office with one day per week in the office, and requires prior EL/PL file-handling, personal injury, and litigation experience.
